About: PIZZA @roccosdough: We are a premier mobile pizza caterer based in Miami, FL, that fires up fresh and delicious Neapolitan-Style Pizza On-Site. Chef Pizzaiolo, Rocco, created his original recipe for Pizza Napoletana using BIGA, an ancient mother yeast culture method with roots in Naples, Italy. The unmistakable flavor and significance of this slow rising creation will dazzle your palate with a soft and crunchy Pizza that is light and full of fragrance.
Neapolitan Pizza being our signature style, is made with either San Marzano tomatoes or pomodorino del piennolo del Vesuvio, which grow exclusively on the volcanic plains of Mount Vesuvius; a distinction of the Original Pizza creation ever made.
PIZZA @ Rocco's Dough brings the event to you, whether it's from a wedding setting, a backyard, or any outdoor venue of your choice, we aim for you to experience us anywhere you are. We will setup our PIZZA Pavilion at your desired outdoor location and our Wood-Fired Artisan Pizza will be served to you on-site.
